CHSA Museum Pays Tribute to the Chinese Railroad Workers
On May 9, 2014 the railroad workers were inducted into the U.S. Department of Labor’s Hall of Honor. Speeches by Deputy Secretary of Labor Christopher Lu and from the worker’s descendants.

These tunnels and tracks were orginally constructed by the Chinese railroad workers. They are still in use today for freight and passenger services.
